Kiah is our articling student. She returned to Vancouver after completing her LL.B at the University of Edinburgh and LL.M at The London School of Economics. Kiah’s dissertation, titled “Victim Participation: Strategies for Canada from the International Criminal Court”, combined her interests in public international law and victim law. She was an Editorial Board Member and co-chief Copy Editor for the Edinburgh Student Law Review and volunteered for the LSE Pro Bono Society and the Global Legal Action Network in London. Kiah has also conducted extensive research related to health law and the legal aspects of neurotechnology.
When Kiah is not at the office learning about the commercial and business side of the law, she is walking her dogs on the beach, skiing or hiking in Whistler, cooking, or travelling. She is also fluent in French.
